We regret that we are no longer shipping to EU countries due to the regulations regarding tax for shipments from the UK to the EU.
Delivery charges and timescales will vary according to country of destination and parcel weight but exact charges will be shown at checkout once you have entered the delivery address details.
Overseas orders are usually shipped by standard international post which will normally be delivered by main postal service of the country, although this is not always the case. Some heavier orders might be delivered by courier instead of the main postal service. We also offer Express services.
Please note that some areas are considered by UPS to be "Remote Areas" and surcharges are incurred for Express shipments. If we receive an order for a remote area, we will contact the buyer to request an additional payment. Alternatively, we will offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
Standard International Tracked Delivery: 5 - 14 working days
UPS Air Express: 1 - 4 working days
Please note that the customer is responsible for assuring the purchased product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. With the exception of the USA and Australia, the customer is responsible for the payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees which might be levied by the destination country. USA Orders: Following the recent introduction of new tariffs for shipments entering the USA, orders to the USA will be sent using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. For these shipments, PDK Charnwood takes on all responsibility, costs, and risks for the shipment, including paying for transportation, export and import duties, taxes, and all customs clearance procedures on behalf of the buyer. This provides a hassle-free experience for our American customers.
All prices displayed on this website include UK VAT at 20%. However, please note that for shipments to countries outside of the EU, VAT is not applicable, so the correct price (excluding VAT) will be shown once you have entered your shipping address at checkout.
