We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm on a working day on the day of the order and orders received thereafter by the end of the following working day.
All of our delivery charges are automatically calculated by reference to the weight of the products and the destination to which they are to be sent. Please see estimated costs below.

Standard UK delivery service is either Royal Mail 48 (Second Class, 2 -3 working days), Hermes (3 - 4 working days) or Parcelforce 48 (2 working days), dependent on weight. Should you wish, you may elect to upgrade to an express service, which offers you a faster service by Royal Mail 24 (First Class), Parcelforce 24 (1 working day), Parcelforce 24 by 12 noon and, in some cases, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm).
Standard delivery to all UK destinations (excluding the Channel Islands - see below) for orders weighing less than 2kg will be by Royal Mail 48 (Second Class). For all orders, you will also have the option of Hermes or Parcelforce.
As a rough guideline, if you select Hermes shipping at a cost of £4.27, you will be able to order up to approximately 9 x 1000-piece puzzles using this service.
The costs shown on our website for Parcelforce services apply to UK Mainland only (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please contact us for Parcelforce costs to Northern Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.Please note that the Parcelforce service is for delivery on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Channel Islands: standard delivery to the Channel Islands for orders weighing less than 2kg will be by Royal Mail 48 (Second Class). Orders weighing 2kg to 4kg will be delivered by Royal Mail 24 (First Class). Orders heavier than 4kg will be delivered by Hermes (3 - 5 working days).
Please note that delivery timescales implied by postal service names are indicative; we are unfortunately not able to guarantee those and cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by postal providers. Should it be essential that your order is received by a particular deadline, please contact us before placing an order to discuss and make necessary arrangements.
Please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to take delivery of the parcel. If you wish, you may give us a different delivery address from your billing address. You can add this delivery address to your online account details when placing an order.
Please remember to quote your full postcode when placing your order; this is required for all deliveries. Where paying by credit or debit card, please note that, in order to satisfy our security safeguard checks, your billing address does need to correspond to the address at which your card is registered.
