We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm on a working day on the day of the order and orders received thereafter by the end of the following working day.

All of our delivery charges are automatically calculated by reference to the weight of the products and the destination to which they are to be sent. Please see estimated costs below.

We ship to many countries worldwide. However, we regret that we do not delivery to EU countries.  Please see our International Delivery page for full details.

Standard UK delivery service is either Royal Mail 48 (Second Class, 2 -3 working days) or Evri - formerly Hermes - (3 - 4 working days) dependent on weight and your preference.

Should you wish, you may elect to upgrade to an express service, which offers you a faster service by Royal Mail 24 (First Class), UPS Express (1 working day) and, in some cases, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day by 1pm).

As a rough guideline, if you select Evri shipping at a cost of £4.45, you will be able to order up to approximately 9 x 1000-piece puzzles using this service.

The costs shown on our website for UPS UK services do not apply to Scottish Highlands & Islands or the Isles of Scilly. Please contact us for delivery costs to these regions.

Northern Ireland: We can ship orders to Northern Ireland to individuals for personal use. We regret that we cannot ship to businesses in Northern Ireland. We can supply to businesses on an Ex Works (EXW) basis whereby the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and risks, including transportation, loading, export clearance, and delivery to the final destination. 

Channel Islands: We do ship to the Channel Islands and the costs and available services will be shown when you enter your postcode.

Please note that the UPS service is for delivery on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. 

Please note that delivery timescales implied by postal service names are indicative; we are unfortunately not able to guarantee those and cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by postal providers. Should it be essential that your order is received by a particular deadline, please contact us before placing an order to discuss and make necessary arrangements.

Please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to take delivery of the parcel. If you wish, you may give us a different delivery address from your billing address. You can add this delivery address to your online account details when placing an order.

Please remember to quote your full postcode when placing your order; this is required for all deliveries. Where paying by credit or debit card, please note that, in order to satisfy our security safeguard checks, your billing address does need to correspond to the address at which your card is registered.
