Our standard delivery charges are automatically calculated by reference to the weight of the products and the destination to which they are to be sent. Standard UK delivery service is either Royal Mail 48 (Second Class, 2 -3 working days) or UK Mail 24 (1 working day), dependent on weight. Should you wish, you may elect to upgrade to an express service, which offers you a faster service by Royal Mail 24 (First Class).
Standard delivery to all UK and Channel Islands destinations for orders weighing less than 2kg will be by Royal Mail 48 (Second Class). Standard delivery to Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland destinations weighing 2kg to 9kg, or to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands weighing 2kg to 10kg will be delivered by Royal Mail 24 (First Class). All heavier UK orders will be delivered via UK Mail. Please note that the standard UK Mail service is for delivery on working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Please note that delivery timescales implied by postal service names are indicative; we are unfortunately not able to guarantee those and cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by postal providers. Should it be essential that your order is received by a particular deadline, please contact us before placing an order to discuss and make necessary arrangements.
All UK Mail parcels require a signature on delivery, so please give a daytime delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If you wish, you may give us a different delivery address from your contact address. You can add this delivery address to your online account details when placing an order.
Please remember to quote your full postcode when placing your order; this is required for all deliveries. Where paying by credit or debit card, please note that, in order to satisfy SagePay's security safeguard checks, your billing address does need to correspond to the address at which your card is registered.
